About Dr Navendran Naidoo

Dr Navendran Naidoo is an orthopaedic surgeon with a focused interest in disorders of the spine. His consultations centre on understanding the source of a patient’s symptoms before discussing an appropriate treatment pathway.

His clinical work includes spinal trauma, age-related and degenerative spinal conditions, spinal deformity and the assessment of spinal tumours and infection.

Where possible, care begins with non-surgical measures. When an operation is being considered, the diagnosis, alternatives, expected recovery and important risks are discussed in straightforward language.

Trauma & fracture care

Experienced care when an injury cannot wait.

A substantial part of Dr Naidoo’s practice is on-call and after-hours orthopaedic trauma. He assesses and treats acute fractures and spinal injuries, including complex cases that require urgent stabilisation and coordinated hospital care.
